Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation

The Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation is an Industrial & Provident Society registered with the Registrar of Friendly Societies under the Industrial & Provident Societies Act 1965 and has exempt charity status.

The Heritage Foundation is a unique organisation based in Letchworth Garden City, North Hertfordshire, 35 miles north of London. It is not a local authority and is not in the 'public' sector.

The Heritage Foundation assumed the role and responsibilities of a former public sector body called Letchworth Garden City Corporation through an Act of Parliament - the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation Act 1995.

The Garden Lodge Hotel and Spice Garden Restaurant

The Garden Lodge Hotel are an established hotel set in picturesque gardens in Hertfordshire with 15 en suite rooms and an award winning Indian restaurant called Spice Garden, serving Indian food and English dishes. Set in a one of a kind atmosphere there is no other Indian restaurant like the Spice Garden.

All rooms have colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities a large beer garden and a fully licensed bar. Parking is no problem as we have a large car park on site.

As for entertainment - There is live Indian music every Wednesday and belly dancing at weekends. Every Sunday we have a 3 course lunch with live Jazz music from 12-3pm.
